Our practice is focused on connecting people and guiding them toward feeling more satisfied in their relationships. Therapy is highly focused on communication, healing relational wounds, gaining awareness of relationship patterns and understanding needs so that you can feel more understood and fulfilled in all relationships in your life.

Individual Therapy provides a supportive, non judgmental space for an unbiased party to help you process and explore areas of your life you may want to make changes to. Depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, relationship issues, trauma, sexual concerns and life changes are common reasons people may engage in individual therapy.
Life inevitably effects our relationship with our significant other and over time certain experiences can have a negative impact. We have helped partners through infidelity, addiction, adjustment to baby, co parenting issues, sexual concerns and general feelings of disconnection. Relationship therapy can provide a safe, structured environment to work through conflict, explore unmet needs and re discover each other.
Our practice specializes in treating attachment wounds and ruptures from childhood or your current relationship. Our therapists use a variety of healing modalities including Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Inner Child/ Parts work, Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and somatic approaches to heal these wounds and help you achieve the intimate connections you deserve.
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that allows deep, non verbal processing to release and resolve trauma, emotional/ body pain, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting increases overall feelings of calm and helps the client to achieve long lasting results toward their goals. Brainspotting can be used as the main treatment method or with talk therapy.

Birds are a symbol of freedom, harmony, and a higher knowledge. They often indicate the dawn of a new day, a change in seasons, or peacefulness. In my own life, birds have symbolized happiness, hope and a call to action. Our name, Three Little Birds Therapy and Wellness, is a reminder that it's the small things in life that can keep us going even through the most difficult of seasons, and to reflect on the harmony, hope and beauty around us on a daily basis.
