Online Therapy 

Online therapy or Telehealth allows you to access therapy support wherever you may be.  Many people have come to enjoy Telehealth because of the freedom and flexibility that it allows for sessions.  ​

Telehealth may be a good fit for you if : 

  • Have a busy or irregular work schedule

  • Travel frequently

  • Struggle with transportation 

  • Have trouble finding regular childcare support during session times

  • May be dealing with physical issues or illness 

  • Prefer to do therapy with the comforts of home 

  • Live in a rural or remote area

An online session is much like a Facetime or Skype call. We use a free, HIPAA compliant software called Doxy.me for our online sessions.  It's easy to access and all you need for sessions is an internet connection, laptop or computer with webcam and a private space. 

We offer a free 15 minute "trial" so you can see what online therapy is like if you've never tried it. 

Research suggests that Telehealth sessions are just as beneficial as in person and though it is not for everyone, many clients have had high success with Telehealth support.   You can choose to alternate between in person and online sessions, or stick to just online therapy if it works best for you.  Our therapists can offer many of our treatment modalities online including couples therapy and brainspotting.​

We are currently able to provide online therapy in the states of Maine, Minnesota, North Carolina and Oregon.
